We offer a 10-day return policy starting from the date you receive your item. You have 10 days to request a return for store credit or an exchange. Please review the guidelines below for a smooth return process:

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags still attached.

    • All returns must be in their original packaging.

    • Please provide your original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable Items:

    • Sale items

    • Jewelry

    • Undergarments

How to Start a Return

Please note, returns will not be accepted without prior approval, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging your order, but if you find any issues upon reception, such as defective or damaged items or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow the return process for your original item and make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out at MissSaxBoutique@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you if the return is approved. If your return is approved, we will issue a store credit within 10 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct refunds to the original payment method. If you have not received your store credit after 15 business days, please contact us at MissSaxBoutique@gmail.com for further assistance.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care products (like beauty items)
