Yes! We offer a 10-day return policy for store credit or exchanges. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags. Sale items, jewelry, and undergarments are non-returnable. We opened Miss Sax in November 2024, right after Thanksgiving, inspired by our love for fashion and the joy it brings. Our goal was to create a space where everyone can find something they love without the high prices typically associated with boutique shopping. We offer a wide variety of products, including dresses, jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts, leggings, shackets (jackets and shirts combined), totes, sling bags, hair accessories, sunglasses, lip glosses, candles, and workout clothing. Our holiday-themed items have been our bestsellers so far! While our products are not locally sourced or handmade, we strive to offer boutique-quality clothing without the boutique pricing. Our mission is to create a vibrant, welcoming shopping experience that fosters a sense of community and belonging.
